| 摘 要： | [目的]观察功能失调性子宫出血病人的护理干预效果.[方法]将60例青春期功能失调性子宫出血病人随机分为两组,对照组28例用雌激素治疗,观察组32例应用雌激素治疗的同时配合护理干预.治疗3个月后比较两组病人治疗依从性、临床疗效、疗程、住院费用.[结果]观察组病人治疗依从率为90.6%,对照组为60.7%,观察组治疗依从性高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为78.6%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组复发率为34.4%,对照组为53.6%,观察组复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组疗程短于对照组(P＜0.05).[结论]功能失调性子宫出血病人在雌激素治疗的基础上通过护理干预可提高病人的治疗依从性,缩短疗程,减少复发,而未增加住院费用.
