| 摘 要： | 目的比较3种曲普瑞林长方案在体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）/卵胞浆内单精子显微注射（ICSI）中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院生殖中心接受IVF-ET/ICSI治疗的患者共138个周期资料,根据降调方案分为：A组0.03 mg短效曲普瑞林长方案12个周期,B组0.05 mg短效曲普瑞林长方案共73个周期,C组1.25 mg长效曲普瑞林长方案共53个周期。比较三组病人的促性腺激素（Gn）用量、获卵数、受精率、优质胚胎率、种植率、临床妊娠率等。结果 A、B组中各有3例及1例因未达到垂体脱敏而取消周期,C组全部达到垂体脱敏。三组平均年龄、不孕年限、体重指数、基础内分泌值均无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,均无内源性促黄体生成素（LH）峰出现。三组的Gn用药量、受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、种植率及妊娠率、流产率均无显著性差异,C组获卵数显著多于A、B组（P〈0.05）。结论 0.05 mg短效曲普瑞林长方案和1.25 mg长效曲普瑞林长方案均可应用于助孕技术的降调节,并可获得满意的妊娠结局。
