| 摘 要： | 目的研究淋巴管生成因子(VEGF-C)在甲状腺癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系.方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测44例甲状腺癌中VEGF-C的表达情况,并以17例癌旁正常甲状腺组织作对照.结果 VEGF-C在甲状腺癌中有高水平表达(81.8%),其中乳头状癌阳性表达(88.9%)高于其他类型,有淋巴结转移组VEGF-C阳性率(92.0%)明显高于无淋巴结转移组(68.4%,P＜0.05).9例死亡病例中7例为阳性表达.结论 VEGF-C表达与甲状腺癌病理分型及预后可能有一定关系,与甲状腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of VEGF-C in thyroid carcinoma and its relation with lymph node metastasis.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of VEGF-C in 44 thyroid cancers and 17 normal thyroid tissues adjacent to the cancer.Result The expression of VEGF-C was high in thyroid carcinoma(81.8%). The positive rate was significantly higher in papillary thyroid carcinoma(88.9%) than in other types,and also significantly higher in cases with lymph node metastasis (92.0%)than in those without it(68.4%,P<0.05).Seven of 9 dead cases expressed VEGF-C.Conlusion The expression of VEGF-C correlated with different types and prognosis of thyroid cancer,and closely correlated with lymph node metastasis. |
