| 摘 要： | 目的比较齐拉西酮与氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法对符合CCMD-3精神分裂症标准的78例女性精神分裂症患者随即分为两组,齐拉西酮组和氯氮平组各39例,疗程为8周。采用阳性症状量表和阴性症状量表(PANSS)进行疗效评定,采用不良反应症状量表(TESS)进行副反应评定。结果治疗8周后,齐拉西酮组显效率为46.2%,有效率为74.4%;氯氮平组显效率为48.7%,有效率为79.5%。两组的疗效差异无显著性(P0.05),两组的副反应发生率有显著性差异(P0.05),氯氮平组副反应严重程度明显高于齐拉西酮组。结论齐拉西酮和氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效相当,但齐拉西酮副作用比较轻,安全性高,有利于提高患者的用药依从性。
