| 摘 要： | 目的:为促进我国医药产业组织结构调整提供参考和建议。方法:通过文献检索与社会调研,分析我国医药产业组织结构存在的问题以及组织结构调整的紧迫性。基于科学发展观,提出医药产业组织结构调整的基本原则和实践中需要注意的问题,并给出建议。结果与结论:我国医药产业组织结构亟需调整,建议采取提高产业市场集中度、优化产业政策、加快企业并购重组、推进产业集群发展等措施。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for structure adjustment of medical industry. METHODS:The existing problems of medical industrial structure and urgency of structure adjustment were analyzed by retrieving related literatures and society survey.
