微创颅内血肿引流术治疗高血压脑出血临床分析

目的:观察微创颅内血肿引流术治疗脑出血的疗效。方法:46例脑出血患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用微创颅内血肿引流术,对照组采用传统内科保守治疗,观察1个月后临床疗效和6个月时日常生活能力(ADL)。结果:治疗组1个月时有效率和显效率达78.26%、52.17%,明显高于对照组的43.48%和21.74%(均P<0.01)。6个月时治疗组存活率(78.26%)明显高于对照组(47.83%),治疗组日常生活能力好于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:微创颅内血肿引流术是治疗脑出血的一种有效方法,能明显提高疗效、改善患者生存质量。

Clinical analysis of cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by microtrauma drainage of intracranial hematoma

Objective:To observe the ther apeutic effect of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by micr otrauma drainage of intracranial hematoma. Methods: 46 cases with cerebral hemorrhage are divided into two groups at randomly, the observatio n group treated by drainage of intracranial hematoma,the control group treated b y traditional internal medicine. We observe the clinical effect after treatment one month and the ADL at sixth month. Results: After treatment one month ,the effective rate and excellent rate of the observation group(78.2 6%). At sixth month, the survival rate of observation group(78.26%) is higher th an the control group(47.83%);the ADL of the observation group is better than the control group. Conclusion: The microtrauma drainage of intracr anial hematoma is an effective way to treat the patients with cerebral hemorrhag e ,it can improve the survival quality of the patients obviously.
