静脉自控镇痛法用于妇科腹部手术病人术后镇痛的临床体会

目的研究静脉自控镇痛法在妇科腹部手术病人术后镇痛的临床效果。方法选取我院ASAI～Ⅱ级妇产科腹部手术患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组术后使用静脉自控镇痛；对照组术后使用硬膜外自控镇痛。结果2组均能达到有效镇痛，但观察组患者恶心呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、排尿困难等不良反应发生率明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论静脉自控镇痛在妇科腹部手术病人术后安全有效，使用方便。

Clinical experience of the application of intravenous self control analgesia for gynecological patients after ab- dominal operation

Objective To study the clinical effect of intravenous self control analgesia for gynecological patients after ab-dominal operation. Methods Sixty cases of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱgrade abdominal operation patients in Obstetrics ＆ Gynecology Depart- ment of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. There was no obvi- ous difference in average age, gender, body weight and physical height between the two groups. For the observation group, in- travenous self control analgesia was used, but for the control group, epidural analgesia of self control was used. Results Ef- fective analgesia can be achieved for the two groups, but the occurrence of side effects like nausea and vomiting, skin itch and trouble urination in the observation group was obviously less than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous self control analgesia is safe and effective for gynecological patients after abdominal operation with convenient use.
