东菱克栓酶治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的探讨东菱克栓酶对进展性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法将95例进展性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,首日应用东菱克栓酶10U加入生理盐水100mL静滴,以后隔日用5U加入生理盐水100mL静滴,连用3次为一疗程。治疗组和对照组在治疗前和治疗后7d、14d进行神经功能缺损程度评定及疗效评定。结果 治疗14d后,治疗组神经功能缺损评分（11.49±6.12）分,明显低于对照组的（14.87±6.54）分（P〈0.05）;治疗组有效率85.4%,显著高于对照组的61.7%（P〈0.05）。结论 东菱克栓酶是治疗进展性脑梗死的有效药物。

Observation of the efficacy of batroxobin injection on acute progressive cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the efficacy of batroxobin injection in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-five cases were divided into treated group and control group randomly.The two group patients were all given primary therapy.On the first day,the patients in treated group were given batroxobin injection 10 U added to NS 100 mL by iv gtt;then 5 U every two days.Neurological function deficit scores were utilized for assessment before given treatment.On the seventh,fourteenth day after treatment,the patients were assessed again and the efficacy was recorded.Results After 14 days of treatment,the neurological function deficit scores of treaed group were 11.49±6.12,whereas those of the control group were 14.87±6.54.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The efficacy in treated group（85.4%） was better than control group（61.7%）.Conclusion Batroxobin injection is effective for acute progressive cerebral infarction.
