| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨支气管动脉灌注化疗并发脊髓损伤的原因、诊断和治疗.方法 对12例支气管动脉化疗患者并发脊髓损伤的原因、诊断和治疗效果进行回顾性分析.结果 10例脊髓不完全性横断损伤综合征患者在4～6周后神经功能恢复,2例脊髓完全性横断损伤综合征患者6个月后神经功能改善.结论 缩减导管阻塞脊髓供血血管时间和减低化疗药物浓度能减少脊髓损伤的发生,尽早防治有利于减轻损伤、促使功能恢复.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the causes,diagnosis and management of spinal cord injury after bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy（BAI）.Methods Twelve patients with spinal cord injury after BAI were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results The injury was related to spinal cord ischemia and the drug toxicity.The spinal cord functions recovered in all the 10 cases with the incomplete spinal cord injury syndrome after 4~6 weeks,the functions were improved in the 2 cases with transverse myelitis after 6 months.Conclusion The key to decrease the complication is early prevention,diagnosis and management;it is very important to reduction the time of the catheter blocked and reduce the drug concentration. |
