老年眩晕患者全脑数字减影血管造影分析

目的分析45例老年眩晕患者数字减影全脑血管造影结果,探讨主要致病原因,为临床治疗提供参考。方法对45例老年眩晕患者行数字减影全脑血管造影检查,分析血管结构异常的类型、比例及分布特点。结果 45例患者中39例（86.7%）存在血管结构异常,其中单纯前循环病变4例（8.9%）,单纯后循环病变26例（57.8%）,前后循环同时存在病变9例（20.0%）;后循环血管结构异常共40处,血管闭塞和中、重度狭窄21处（52.5%）。结论血管结构异常可能是老年眩晕患者的主要原因,后循环血管闭塞和中、重度狭窄更为重要。

Analysis of global cerebrovascular digital subtraction angiography in elderly patients with vertigo

Objective To investigate the main reasons through the results of global cerebrovascular digital subtraction angiography（DSA） from 45 elderly patients with vertigo,so as to provide references for clinical treatment. Methods Forty-five elderly patients with vertigo were performed cerebral vascular angiography,then the types,proportion,and distribution of the vascular abnormalities were observed and analyzed. Results Abnormal vascular structures were detected in 39 patients（86.7%）,which included 4 patients（8.9%） with anterior circulation,26 patients（57.8%） with posterior circulation,9 patients（20.0%） with anterior and posterior circulation.There were 40 abnormal vascular structures in posterior circulation,while there were 21（52.5%） lesions in the respect of vascular occlusion and moderate to severe stenosis. Conclusion Vascular abnormalities may be the main reason in the elderly patients with vertigo,the posterior circulation occlusion and moderate to severe stenosis are even more important.
