人际关系团体咨询对大学生抑郁症状的干预探讨

目的考察人际关系团体心理咨询在干预大学生抑郁症状方面的作用。方法对筛选出来的具有抑郁症状的8名学生,运用人际关系治疗法,开展共8次的团体心理咨询。结果SDS均分干预前后比较差异极显著(t=6.03,P<0.01);SCL-90抑郁项均分干预前后比较差异显著(t=2.84,P<0.05);SCL-90人际关系敏感项降低值(1.25±0.51)有统计学意义(t=2.13,P<0.05);树木人格图显示抑郁症状缓解。学生对团体咨询活动的满意度高。结论人际关系团体心理咨询是干预学生抑郁症状的有效途径之一。

Effect of the Interpersonal Relationships Group Consults on University Student's Depressed Symptom

Objective To investigate effect of group's psychological consultation of the interpersonal relationships on university student's depressed symptom.Methods 8 students of the depressed symptom to screening out of method,use the interpersonal relationships to treat the law,launch the group psychological consultation which amounts to 8 times.Results The comparative difference was extremely remarkable before and after SDS was divided equally and intervened finally(t=6.03,<0.01),more remarkable than the result difference before and after SCL-90 is depressed one is divided equally and intervened(t=2.84, P<0.05).It is great to comment the change in human communication by oneself(t=2.13,<0.05).The trees personality picture shows too the depressed symptom is alleviated greatly. Conclusion Group's psychological consultation of interpersonal relationships is one of the effective ways of intervening student's depressed symptom.
