某校成人教育护理专科学生毕业论文分析与思考

目的探讨提高学生护理科研能力及论文写作水平的方法,以提高教学质量,促进护理学科的发展。方法对某校历届成人教育护理专科学生书写的毕业论文,按研究内容与研究方法进行分类统计,分析学生护理科研能力现状及毕业论文书写中存在的问题。结果学生选择临床护理类题目占总课题的71.2%;实践性总结与综述类文章占总课题的79.7%。结论学生毕业论文研究内容广泛,贴近临床、贴近岗位,但研究方法趋于简单,仍处于总结、回顾分析为主导的阶段。建议优化专业课程设置,实行导师制,提早布置论文写作任务,成立毕业论文指导与评审小组,以提高学生的科研能力和论文写作水平。

Analysis of Graduation Thesis of Junior College Nursing Students in Continuing Education Program of a College

Objective To explore the methods to improve nurse's ability in scientific research and writing academic papers so as to improve teaching quality and promote the development of nursing.Methods The graduation thesis of junior college nursing students in continuing education program of a college were investigated according to research contents and methods for the purpose of analyzing the current situations of nurse students' ability in scientific research as well as the problems existing in their papers.Results The clinical subjects accounted for 71.2% and practical summaries together with review articles for 79.7%.Conclusion The contents in the student's papers are comprehensive,close to clinical practice and nursing posts.However,the research methods tend to be simple.Their ability remains at the level of composing summary,retrospective analysis.It is advocated to carry out the system of supervision,inform them of paper writing ahead of time,establish panel for instructing graduation thesis and appraisal so as to improve the student's ability in scientific research and writing academic papers.
