1 551例腰椎间盘突出症治疗经验

目的：总结30年诊断治疗腰椎间盘突出症的经验。方法：收集1970－1999年完整住院资料1551例进行分析。其中手术860例，非手术691例，男1096例，女455例，年龄15－79岁。结果：非手术治愈率七十、八十、九十年代分别为10．0％、13．6％、38．4％，同时期手术治愈率分别为79．9％、92．4％、99．3％。结论：腰椎间盘突出症是青壮年常见病，多发症，临床表现、演变过程，诊断措施，治疗方法以及预后多种多样，程序化系统诊断措施能避免漏诊，误诊和误治，经过正规系统训练。掌握临床诊断，手术指征，手术技巧以及术后康复，实践证明，手术治疗是安全有效的。

Experiences of Therapy in 1551 Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: To summarize the experience of diagnosis and therapy of lumbar disc herniation in 30 years.Methods:To analyze 1551 patients of integrated clinical data from 1970 to 1999.860 patients accepted operation,nonoperation 691 patients.There were 1096 men and 445 women,aged from 15 to 79.Results:The cure rate of nonoperative treatment in 1970s,1982s,1990s were 10.0%?13.6% and 38.4%.At the same time,the cure rate of operation were 79.9%? 92.4% and 99.3%.Conclusion:Lumbar disc herniation is a frequently encountered disease in youth.Its clinical and diagnostic Workup,treatment and prognosis are diverse.Procedural and serial diagnosis can avoid missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis and mistreatment.When clinical diagnosis,operation indication and operative technique are properly managed by regular and systematic train,the fact shows that operetive treatment is safe and effective.
