茶多酚防治鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化的实验研究

摘    要:用高脂饲料诱发鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化,观察了茶多酚对鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化形成和发展的影响。结果表明:茶多酚能抑制鹌鹑血清总固醇(TC)、动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)以及肝系数(LI)的升高,减轻主动脉粥样硬化病变的程度,这些作用随茶多酚剂量的增大而增强,提示茶多酚具有良好的调血脂和抗动脉粥样硬化作用。

Abstract:Atherogenisis was induced in quails by feeding high lipid food and effect of tea polyphenol(TP) on development of atherogenisis was observed by feeding various dosage of TP and was compared with that of nicotinic acid(NA). The results showed that TP could provent the increase of serum total cholesterol(TC),atherogenic index (AI) and liver index (LI) and lighten the pathologic changes of atherocleroses. The effect on serum total cholesterol (TC), liver index(LI) and pathologic changes of atherocleroses of the group treated with large dose of TP was more significant than that treated with NA (P<0.05). No statistically significant differences were observed on change of AI between TP and NA treated group. It suggusted that TP might be a drug for regulating blood lipid and anti-atheroclerosis.
