摘    要:以体外培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞(HVEC)为受试对象,观察了高浓度葡萄糖(30mM)刺激时HVEC的反应性及左归降糖灵的作用。结果表明,高糖组培养液中葡萄糖浓度下降百分率显著升高,vWF含量亦明显增加。在非高糖组,左归降糖灵和达美康均能促进葡萄糖转化和vWF释放。在高糖组,达美康仅能抑制HVEC释放vWF,而左归降糖灵则不仅能显著抑制vWF释放,还能明显地促进葡萄糖转化。提示左归降糖灵在降低血糖的同时,对糖尿病血管并发症可能有防治作用。

Abstract:The effect of Zuo Gui Jiang Tang Ling(ZGJTL) on the cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HVEC) responding to high glucose significantly augmented the transformation of glucose and the release of von Willebrand factor (vWF) from HVEC. In nonhigh glucose group, the transformation of glucose and the release of vWF were promoted by ZGJTL and diamicron. In high glucose group, diamicron only inhibited the release of vWF and ZGJTL not only significantly inhibited the release of vWF, but also markedly promoted the transformation of glucose. These findings suggested that ZGJTL has marked functions in treating hyperglycemia and Vascular complications.
