摘    要:甲基毒死蜱是一种高效广谱的有机磷农药,用作储粮保护剂,其杀虫效果优于沿用已久的马拉硫磷。作者通过一系列毒性试验,对其毒性作用进行了研究,并从亚细胞水平对其代谢机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,甲基毒死蜱属低毒性农药,蓄积性小,未发现致突变性、致畸性、生殖毒性和迟发性神经毒性。在体内代谢迅速,消除快,残留小,主要代谢场所为肝细胞微粒体和可溶性胞浆。是一种较为安全的粮食储藏保护剂。

Abstract:A series of toxicological tests of chlorpyrifos-methyl were performed. The results showed that chlorpyrifos-methyl is metabolized quickly in the body and has only a very low toxicity and cumulative toxicity. No mutagenicity, teratogtenicity, reproductive toxicity and delayed neurotoxicity were observed. The liver is a main site of metabolism of chlorpyrifos-methyl. In liver cells ,the main sites of metabolism are cytoplasm and microsomes.
