农村小学教师职业倦怠与社会支持的关系研究

摘    要:目的了解农村小学教师职业倦怠的现状及其与社会支持的关系。方法采用Maslach倦怠量表和社会支持评定量表对121名农村小学教师进行测试。结果1农村小学教师的职业倦怠呈现出高情感衰竭、高成就感降低和低去个性化的现象;2在情感衰竭维度上,不同婚姻状况的教师存在差异(P0.05);在去个性化维度上,是否担任班主任的教师存在差异(P0.05);3个人成就感降低与主观支持和社会支持总分呈显著的负相关(P0.01)。结论从总体上来说,农村小学教师的职业倦怠状况不严重,婚姻状况、是否担任班主任等人口统计学变量是影响职业倦怠的重要因素,社会支持,尤其是主观支持对个人成就感降低有重要的影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore the status of the teachers' job burnout and its relationship with their social support in rural primary school. Methods A total of 121 teachers in a rural primary school were assessed with Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS). Results (1)The primary teachers' job burnout was seemed as a high emotional exhaustion, a high diminished personal accomplishment and a low depersonalization; (2)In the dimension of emotional exhaustion, there was sig- nificant difference between teachers with different marital status (P〈0. 05) ;In the dimension of depersonalization, there was significant difference on whether he was on duty(P〈0. 05); (3)Diminished personal accomplishment was negatively related to the subjective support and the total score of social support (P〈0. 01). Conclusion On the whole, the degree of job burnout in rural primary school teachers was not high; some demographic variables significantly influenced job burnout such as marital status and whether he was on duty; social support, especially subjective support, was the important factor that influenced the teachers' diminished personal accomplishment.
