| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨A型肉毒毒素治疗眼睑痉挛的疗效。方法 :对 84例眼睑痉挛的病人进行A型肉毒毒素治疗 ,眼睑部位多点注射 ,每点注射 2 5u。结果 :治疗前与治疗后比较 84例病人总有效率为 10 0 % ,经 χ2检验P <0 0 0 1,差异显著 ,证明A型肉毒毒素有明显的疗效。结论 :A型肉毒毒素局部注射是治疗眼睑痉挛的一种安全、可靠、有效、无副反应、简便的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the theraputic effects of botulinum toxin type A(Botox) treating blepharospasam.Method:All patients (84eyes) with blepharospasm were treated with botulinum toxin type A(Botox).Each patient was received blepharal injection of botulinum toxin type A(Botox) at multispots,injected 2.5u botulinum toxin type A(Botox) at each spot.Result:The effective rate of all patients was 100%,compared retrospectively with pretreatment.There was significant difference in effective rate among patinets proved by Chi-Square Test(P<0.001).Conclusion:This study showed that topical blepharal injection of botulinum toxin type A(Botox)was a safe and effective therapy for blepharospasm. |
