深圳市2011年不明原因肺炎监测结果分析

摘    要:目的分析深圳市2011年不明原因肺炎病例监测结果,并对监测系统进行评价。方法对2011年7家Ⅰ类监测医院的不明原因肺炎病例监测资料进行分析。结果 2011年7家监测医院门诊监测科室共接诊病例1 634 718例,其中流感样病例40 099例,占病例总数的2.45%;发热肺炎病例3 504例,占病例总数的0.21%,占流感样病例的8.74%。入院病例48 409例,其中发热肺炎病例1 905例,占住院病例总数的3.94%,占门诊病例总数的0.12%。2011年累计报告不明原因肺炎病例2例,其中1例被确诊为人感染高致病性禽流感。结论深圳市不明原因肺炎监测系统运行稳定,敏感性良好。如果将目前流感监测系统和不明原因肺炎监测系统有机结合,构建一个新的传染性呼吸道疾病监测系统,对提高监测工作效率和敏感性具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the reporting of unknown etiology pneumonia(UEP) cases in seven hospitals of Shenzhen city 2011,and evaluate the surveillance system.Methods All surveillance data of UEP cases from the surveillance system in 2011 were be described and analyzed by statistical methods.Results In 2011,there were 1 634 718 outpatient cases from seven sentinel hospital in Shenzhen,including 40 099 influenza-like cases(2.45 percent) and 3 504 cases with fever and pneumonia(0.21 percent),accounting for 8.74% of influenza-like illness.48 409 cases of hospitalized cases,of which 1 905 cases were fever pneumonia cases,accounting for 3.94% of the total hospitalized patients and 0.12% of the total number of outpatient cases.2 UEP cases were reported in 2011,1 case with human infection of highly pathogenic avian influenza(H5N1)was confirmed.Conclusion The results show that the surveillance system for unknown etiology pneumonia has good sensitivity and specificity,however it is not good enough to find the early patients and make early warning.Therefore,it is very important to establish a new surveillance system for infectious disease of respiratory tract by combining influenza surveillance system with unknown etiology pneumonia monitoring system.
