| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨睾丸附件扭转的临床诊疗方法。方法：回顾性总结35例睾丸附件扭转患者的临床资料,结合文献进行分析、讨论。结果：28例手术治疗,行睾丸附件切除;7例因拒绝手术予以保守治疗。结论：对明确诊断或有高度怀疑时,应积极行手术探查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the methods of diagnosis and treatment for torsion of testicular adnexa. Methods: The clinical material of 35 cases torsion of testicular adnexa were summarized retrospectively and analyzed and discussed to combined with literature. Results: 28 cases testicular adnexa were made orchidectomy by operations research, and 7 cases of them were made expectant treatment because of rejecting operation. Conclusions: Operations research should be done immediately for the cases with early diagnosis or high suspected. |
