医用包装纸阻菌效果研究

目的 评价医用纸包装的阻菌效果。方法 72个用医用纸包装的实验包灭菌后存放24周，培养观察有无细菌生长，同时观察实验包的重量、室内温度、湿度和空气细菌含量的变化。结果 尽管在不同时间实验包的重量、室温度、湿度和空气中细菌含量不同，但所有的实验包在24周内培养均无细菌生长。结论 医用包装纸阻菌效果非常可靠，将来可能取代布包装。

Evaluation of Efficacy of Medical Packing Papers in Blockage of Bacteria

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of medical packing papers in blocking bacteria. METHODS A tatal of 72 sterilized parceles were packed with medical packing papers and kept for 24 weeks. The parcels were cultured and the weight of parcels, the temperature, humidity and amount of bacteria in the air of the room were observed in different weeks. RESULTS No bacteria could be found in all parceles cultured in different weeks with the changes in temperature, humidity and amount of bacteria in the air of the room. CONCLUSIONS The efficacy of medical packing papers in blockage of bacteria appeared to be very effective. It could be replace the cloth in the use of medical packing in future.
