论郁邪致病

认为郁是由情志,即精神心理因素异常导致的一种无形病理产物,它又是一种独立的致病因素,因此又可称为郁邪。郁又可因为合并其他病邪而具有不同特点,分为气郁、血郁、痰郁、湿郁、热郁及食郁,其中气郁是最根本的。郁邪的产生与肝密切相关,郁对人体的影响主要通过其对肝、气机的影响并在此基础上产生其他病理变化而实现,郁能引起各种病变,由于社会环境、自然环境的变化,郁邪甚至成为一种时邪。“木郁达之”是郁邪所致疾病总的治疗原则。

Discussion on disease caused by pathogenic stagnation

It is pointed out that pathogenic stagnation is caused by emotional disturbance.Stagnation has different characteristics when it merged with other pathogenes,which can be devided into Qi stagnation,blood stagnation,phlegm stagnation,damp stagnation,hot stagnation and food stagnation.Qi stagnation is the basic pathogene.The production of stagnation interrelate with liver.Stagnation of liver-Qi and disorder of Qi movement can bring about stagnation.Pathogenic stagnation can cause verious disease.With the changes of social environment and natural environment,pathogenic stagnation become epidemic factor.Soothing the stagnation liver is the basic principle to treat disease caused by pathogenic stagnation.
