芪连扶正胶囊联合TACE、化疗序贯治疗转移性肝癌的临床研究

目的：分析芪连扶正胶囊联合TACE、化疗序贯治疗转移性肝癌的临床疗效。方法：对45例转移性肝癌患者的治疗进行回顾性研究,结合优化组22例,采用芪连扶正胶囊口服联合TACE、化疗、基础支持序贯治疗;中药化疗组23例,采用芪连扶正胶囊口服联合化疗、基础支持治疗,观察两组疗效、不良反应等,并进行统计分析对比。结果：结合优化组有效率及稳定率均优于中药化疗组（P〈0.05）,其肝区疼痛、腹胀、黄疸症状显著改善（P〈0.05）,生活质量提高率（54.55%）优于中药化疗组（30.43%）（P〈0.05）,其外周血白细胞下降程度轻（P〈0.05）。结论：芪连扶正胶囊联合TACE、全身化疗、基础支持序贯治疗是转移性肝癌有效的综合治疗方法。

Clinical Research of Qilian Fuzheng Capsule Combined with TACE and Chemotherapy in Treatment of Hepatic Metastatic Carcinoma

Objective：To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of Qilian Fuzheng Capsule combined with TACE and chemotherapy in the treatment of metastasis liver cancer. Methods ： The retrospective study was carried out on the treatment of 45 cases of metastasis liver cancer patients. The optimization group had 22 cases. Qilian Fuzheng Capsule combined with TACE and chemotherapy, foundation support, sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine were used. chemo- therapy group 23 cases, The TCM chemotherapy group had 23 cases with foundation support treatment and Qilian Fuzheng Capsule and chemotherapy. The curative effect, side effect and contrast analysis were observed. Results：The optimization group＇ s efficiency and stability were better than that of traditional Chinese medicine chemotherapy group （P 〈 O. 05 ）. The liver area pain,jaundice and abdominal distension symptoms were improved significantly （P 〈 0.05） and the rate of quality of life （54.55%） was superior to that of traditional Chinese medicine chemotherapy group （30.43%） （ P 〈 0. 05）. The peripheral white blood cell decrease was light （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Qilian Fuzheng Capsule combined with TACE, systemic chemotherapy and foundation support sequential therapy in the treatment of metastasis liver cancer is effective.
