| 摘 要： | 目的：观察眼针配合芍药甘草汤治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法：将60例面肌痉挛患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组采用眼针配合芍药甘草汤治疗,对照组采用芍药甘草汤治疗。两组均10 d为1疗程,疗程间休息2~3 d,3个疗程后评定疗效。结果：两组治疗后,眼针加芍药甘草汤治疗面肌痉挛临床疗效优于单纯芍药甘草汤的疗效,其总有效率治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论：眼针配合芍药甘草汤治疗中面肌痉挛的临床疗效显著,且优于体针组治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of eye - acupuncture plus Shaoyao Gancao Tang in the treat- ment patients with facial spasm. Methods ： Sixty patients with facial spasm were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The treatment group received eye - acupuncture plus Shaoyao Gancao Tang. The control group used body Shaoyao Gancao Tang. After 3 courses, clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results ： Eye - acupuncture plus Shaoyao Gancao Tang in treating facial spasm effect is better than that of Shaoyao Gancao Tang, indicating significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） by statistical management. Conclusion ： Eye - acupuncture plus Shaoyao Gancao Tang in treating facial spasm can clinically improve the therapeutic effect. Its effect is superior to the control group. |
