益气活血剂对糖尿病患者的血流特点及肾小球的超滤状态的影响

目的：探讨益气活血剂对糖尿病患者血流特点及肾小球超滤状态的影响。方法：选取2005年9月—2009年6月2型糖尿病肾病（DN）患者87例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组42例予以降糖药物等基本治疗,观察组45例在对照组的基础上采用益气活血剂治疗,8周后,对比两组患者的疗效和血流特点及肾小球滤过功能。结果：观察组治疗有效率77.8%（35/45）显著高于对照组52.4%（22/42）,治疗后甲组血流特点显著优于对照组,24 h尿蛋白定量和Scr显著低于对照组,Ccr显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论：益气活血剂显著改善糖尿病患者的血流特点及肾小球的超滤状态。

Effect of Invigorating Qi and Activating Blood Circulation for the Blood Flow Characteristics and Ultrafiltration State of the Glomerular of Patients with Diabetes

Objective：To investigate the Effect of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation for the blood flow characteristics and uhrafihration state of the glomerular of patients with diabetes. Methods ： 87 cases Diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients were enrolled in our hospital from September2005 to June 2009 , according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups ,42 cases in the control group were given hypoglycemic drugs basic treatment, 45 patients in the observation group treated by supplementing qi and activating blood circulation on basis of of the control group , after 8 weeks, the efficacy and characteristics of blood flow and glomerular filtration function were compared be- tween two groups. Results：the effective rate of the observation group was 77.8% （35/45） was significantly higher than 52.4% （22/42） in control group, after treatment, the blood flow characteristics was significantly higher than that of the control group ,Scr and quantitative urinary protein in 24b was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Invigorating qi and activating blood circulation agent can significantly improve the characteristics of flow blood and ultrafiltration of glomeruli in diabetic patients.
