10味温中散寒药对胃实寒证大鼠血液流变学的影响

目的：观察干姜、高良姜、丁香、小茴香、吴茱萸、肉桂、花椒、胡椒、荜茇、荜澄茄10味温中散寒药对胃实寒证大鼠血液流变学的影响，探讨温中散寒药的作用机理。方法：设空白组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、2个寒性药对照组、10个受试药物组，予以灌服寒凉药冰知母水提液复制胃实寒证大鼠模型，造模成功后，10个受试药物组分别灌胃10味温中散寒药，连续3次，取血测定血液流变学指标。结果：干姜、肉桂、丁香、吴茱萸、小茴香、荜茇组均能够明显降低高、中、低切全血黏度与高、中切还原黏度、降低红细胞压积和卡松屈服应力（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；干姜、丁香、吴茱萸、小茴香、荜茇组能明显降低血沉方程K值（P〈0．01）；丁香还有显著地降低红细胞聚集指数作用（P〈0．05）；吴茱萸还有显著地降低红细胞聚集指数、升高红细胞变形指数作用（P〈0．05）；小茴香还有显著升高红细胞变形指数作用（P〈0．05）。花椒、胡椒都有显著降低高、低切全血黏度与高切还原黏度、降低红细胞压积作用（P〈0．05）；花椒还有显著降低血沉方程K值作用（P〈0．01）；而高良姜只对红细胞压积与血沉方程K值有改善作用（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），荜澄茄对血液流变学各项指标的改变作用不明显。结论：温中散寒药通过改善血液流变学指标，从而有效改善胃寒气血郁滞症状，发挥治疗胃实寒证的药效。

Effects of Ten Herbs of Warming Middle -Jiao and Dispelling Cold on Hemorheology of Rats with Stomach Cold Syndrome

Objective ： To observe the effects of ten herbs of warming middle - Jiao and dispelling cold on hemorheology of rats with stomach cold syndrome, and to research the pharmacodynamic mechanism of them. Methods ： Rats were administrated with blank group,model group, positive group,2 negative groups and 10 treatment groups, taking cold medicine （Zhimu） to copy the stomach cold syndrome. And then,the rats were given 10 herbs of warming middle -Jiao and dispelling cold in the 10 treatment groups. The hemorheology indices were measured. Results： Ganjiang, Rougui, Dingxiang, Wuzhuyu,Xiaohuixiang and Biba can obviously reduce blood viscosity, HCT and Casson yield stress. Ganjiang, Dingxiang,Wuzhuyu, Xiaohuixiang and Biba can obviously reduce K. Dingxiang can obviously reduce erythrocyte index. Wuzhuyu can obviously reduce erythrocyte index and increase RCD. Xiaohuixiang can obviously increase RCD. Huajiao and Hujiao can obviously reduce blood viscosity and HCT. Huajiao can obviously reduce K. Gaoliangiiang also can obviously reduce HCT and K. Bichengqie has no effect on hemorheology. Conclusion：The ten herbs of warming middle -Jiao and dispelling cold have good improvement on hemorheology and can treat stomach cold syndrome.
