枸杞子抗抑郁研究与应用

旨在探讨枸杞子的抗抑郁作用及其相关应用。通过检索近年国内外有关枸杞子抗应激、抗抑郁文献,从枸杞子及活性成分、枸杞子复方制剂的抗抑郁研究进行阐述,表明枸杞子及枸杞多糖具有明确的抗抑郁作用,其机理涉及下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴功能、抗氧化损伤及神经保护作用等。枸杞子抗抑郁作用的深入研究对揭示抑郁症发病机制、研发抗抑郁新药具有参考价值。

Application and Research of Wolfberry Fruit in Treatment of Depression

It was to explore antidepressive effects of wolfberry fruit and its related application by retrieving the literature both at home and abroad in recent years about anti - stress, antidepressive effects of wolfberry fruit. Its antidepressant studies of wolfberry fruit,its active ingredients, and compound preparations were expounded. The results showed that anti- depressive effects of wolfberry fruit and lycium barbarum polysaccharide were clear and their mechanism was related to the hypothalamus - pituitary - adrenal axis function, anti oxidative damage and nerve protection, etc. In - depth study of wolfberry fruit antidepressant effects to reveal the pathogenesis of depression, research and development of antidepressantdrugs would have reference value.
