摘    要:目的:建立快速同时测定叶类中药材中25种有机氯农药多残留分析的方法。方法:采用加速溶剂萃取技术提取,优化了萃取条件。提取液直接经浓硫酸磺化净化,采用DB-5与DB1701毛细管色谱柱双柱分离定性,GC—ECD检测器进行检测,外标法定量。结果:在4种叶类中药材样品基质、3水平添加条件下,25种农药的回收率大多在68.9%~115.6%,相对标准偏差小于13%,检测限大多低于10μg·kg^-1,符合农药多残留检测的要求。结论:方法快速、灵敏、准确,适合批量样品的分析。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of 25 organochlorine pesticide multi - residues in Leaf of Chinese herbal medicines. Method : Accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) technique was used to extract the target compounds and sulfonation treatment was worked as cleanup procedure. The extract was separated by HP- 5 and DB1701 capillary dualcolumn and detected by electron-capture detector. Results: The average recoveries ranged from 68.9% to 115.6% and RSD 〈 13% at three spiked mixed organochlorine levels. Conclusion: The method provides the advantages of high sensitivity, good accuracy, high efficiency and has been applied to the routine analysis.
