摘    要:系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是自身免疫异常而致多器官受累的疾病,遗传、环境、内分泌异常等因素是其发病原因;本病多发于育龄期女性,提示性激素参与SLE发病的诸多环节,尤其是雌激素及雌激素代谢异常与SLE发病具有较强的相关性;雌二醇对T、B淋巴细胞具有较强的免疫调节作用,影响其Th细胞分化、细胞因子分泌、免疫球蛋白的生成等诸多环节。

Abstract:Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease that leads to multiple organ injury and its pathogenesis consists of estrogen metabolic abnormalities, abnormal immunity and environmental aspect. It is mainly prevalent in child - bearing period, so sex hormone, especially estrogen and estrogen abnormality are considered to play an important role in pathogenesis. Estrogen owns strongly regulating effect on B and T lymphocytes and it affects muhiple steps of Th cell differentiation, cytokine secretion and productions of immunoglobulin.
