香砂六君子汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的：观察香砂六君子汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良的疗效。方法：观察患者65例,随机分为治疗组31例和对照组34例。治疗组用香砂六君子汤治疗,对照组用耐信或吗丁啉治疗,疗程为4周,观察两组患者治疗前后的中医证候学指标（症状积分）、总疗效、生活质量量表评分（包括躯体生理健康总评分PCS和精神心理健康总评分MCS）变化。结果：中药治疗组总有效率96.2%,临床治愈率33.3%,治疗1、2、4周临床症状评分分别为（3.32±2.19）,（2.19±1.55）,（0.74±0.47）,与治疗前（5.55±1.46）比较均明显下降（P〈0001）,停药6个月PCS、MCS分别是（16.56±1.19）和（14.18±2.85）,与治疗前、治疗4周比较仍显著升高,差异有统计学意义。结论：应用香砂六君子汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良（尤其是餐后不适综合征）安全可靠,疗效肯定,能有效改善患者临床症状评分及生活质量评分。

Effect Observation of Xiangsha Six Mild - Drug Decoction in Treatment of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Type of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective ： To observe the effect of Xiangsha Six Mild - Drug Decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency type of functional dyspepsia. Methods：65 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with 34 cases was treated with Xiangsha Six Mild - Drug Decoction and control group with 34 with treated Nexium or domperidone. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. TCM syndromes index （ symptom ）, the total efficacy, quality of life scalescores of physical component- summary（PCS） and mental componentsummary （MCS）] changes were observed before and after treatment. Results：The total effectiveness of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was 96.2% and the cure rate was 33.3%. The clinical symptoms scores of 1,2,4 weeks treatment were （3.32 ± 2. 19） , （2.19 ± 1.55 ）, （0.74± 0.47 ）, and there were significant decrease than that of prior treatmentnt （ 5.55 ±1.46） （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. 6 months after stopping drug,PCS and MCS respectively were （16.56 ± 1.19） and （14.18 ± 2.85 ）, significantly higher than that of prior treatmentnt and 4 weeks after treatment there was statistical significance. Conclusion： Application of Xiangsha Six Mild - Drug Decoction in the type of spleen - stomach deficiency of functional dyspepsia, especially FD - PDS, is safe and effective, and it can effectively improve the score of the quality of life and clinical symptoms in patients.
