SLE患者中医辨证分型与自身抗体的关系

目的:探讨SLE患者中医辨证分型与自身抗体等免疫学指标的内在联系,为中医辨证分型的客观化提供依据。方法:将符合标准的75例SLE患者辨证分为热毒炽盛、阴虚内热、脾肾阳虚、气血两虚4型,比较各证型患者的免疫学指标与中医辨证分型的关系。结果:阴虚内热型的抗SSA/SSB抗体分别与热毒炽盛型、脾肾阳虚型及气血两虚型比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),脾肾阳虚型的抗组蛋白抗体(AHA)与热毒炽盛型比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。阴虚内热型、热毒炽盛型的抗双链DNA抗体、SLEDAI积分及血清C3水平分别与脾肾阳虚型和气血两虚型比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:SLE患者的自身抗体等指标可作为中医辨证分型的重要参考依据。

Study on Correlation between Syndrome Types of TCM and Autoimmune Antibodies in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective ： To study the correlation between the differential syndrome patterns of traditional Chinese medi- cine in patients with systemic lupus erythematous （SLE） and autoimnmne antibodies to provide evidence for objectifica- tion of syndrome differentiation. Methods ： 75 SLE patients were divided into four groups according to TCM syndrome pat- terns： heat evil excess group,internal heat due to Yin deficiency group,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney group, and both deficiency of Qi and blood group. Results： Anti SSA/SSB antibody was frequently seen in internal heat due to Yin deficiency group compared with the others. There was significant difference in the positive rate of anti - histone antibody （AHA） between Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney group and heat evil excess group. Statistical differences were also seen in anti - dsDNA antibody, SLEDAI score, C3 level between the first two groups and the late two. Conclusion ： Auto- immune antibodies of systemic lupus erythematosus patients can be applied as important references in diagnosis of syn- drome patterns of TCM.
