补肾活髓通络颗粒对非重型再生障碍性贫血患者血清成骨生长肽表达的影响

目的：探讨补肾活髓通络颗粒对非重型再生障碍性贫血（NSAA）血清成骨成生长肽表达水平（OGP）的影响。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）对36例NSAA患者（观察组）治疗前及经补肾活髓通络颗粒治疗后血清OGP表达水平进行检测，并与18例健康人（对照组）相比较。结果：治疗前观察组血清OGP明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗后明显高于治疗前，但仍低于对照组。结论：补肾活髓通络颗粒可以升高NSAA患者血清OGP表达水平；血清OGP表达水平增高可作为NSAA治疗有效的一项指标；血清OGP在NSAA中呈低表达，可通过影响造血微环境而影响造血干细胞的增殖和分化，参与NSAA的发生和发展。

Influence of Bushen Huosui Tongluo Particles on Serum Osteogenic Growth Peptide Expression in Non -Severe Aplastic Anemia Patients

Objective：To investigate the influence of Bushen Huosui Tongluo Particles on serum osteogenic growth peptide expression in non- severe aplastic anemia patients. Methods：The enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect the serum OGP （observation group） before and after treatment of Bushen Huosui Tongluo Particles, and 18 healthy people were as the control group. Results：Serum OGP before treatment in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and after treatment it was significantly higher than that before treatment, but it was still lower than that of the control group. Conclusions ：Bushen Huosui Tongluo Particles can elevate the serum OGP expression levels in NSAA patients. Serum OGP increased expression levels can be considered as an indicator of NSAA therapy. Serum OGP showed low expression in NSAA,which can affect the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells by affecting the hematopoietic microenvironment participating in NSAA occurrence and development.
