自拟中药汤剂联合万爽力治疗心绞痛疗效分析及安全性评价

目的：探讨自拟中药汤剂联合万爽力治疗心绞痛疗效分析及安全性评价,为临床治疗提供依据。方法：选择2011年7月—2013年10月期间的心绞痛患者138例;按照随机数字表法将138例患者随机分为对照组（n=69）与治疗组（n=69）;对照组给予万爽力治疗;治疗组在万爽力治疗基础上服用自拟中药汤剂;两组患者疗程均为1个月,并进行心电图检查及全自动血液流变学分析。结果：治疗组治疗后心绞痛总有效率（91.31%）显著高于对照组（73.92%）,且有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后心电图总有效率（69.57%）显著高于对照组（44.93%）,且有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组心绞痛持续时间及发作次数均显著低于对照组,且有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后血浆比黏度、高切和低切全血比黏度及血小板黏附率均显著低于对照组治疗后,且有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：自拟中药汤剂联合万爽力对心绞痛患者疗效显著且安全可靠,具有重要临床价值。

Self decoction combined treatment with trimetazidine angina analysis and safety evaluation

Objective： To investigate self-made Decoction combined treatment with trimetazidine angina analysis and safety evaluation, provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods ： July 2011 - October 2013 period in our hospital treated 138 cases of angina pectoris;aceording to a random number table 138 patients were randomly divided into control group （n = 69） and treatment group （n = 69） ;the control group received treatment with trimetazidine;treatment group trimetazidine treatment based on taking self-made decoction;groups of patients with a course of a month , and ECG analysis and automatic blood theology. Results： After treatment of angina total efficiency （91. 31% ） was significantly higher （73.92%） ,and there is a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）;electrocardiogram total efficiency of the treatment group （69.57%） was significantly higher than in the control group （44.93%）,and there is a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;duration and number of episodes in the treatment group angina was significantly lower than the control group, and there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; treatment group after treatment plasma viscosity, high shear and low shear whole blood viscosity and platelet adhesion were significantly lower than the control group after treatment, and there was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Self decoction combined with trimetazidine significant efficacy in patients with angina and secure, has important clinical value.
