中医药治疗功能性便秘的临床研究进展

功能性便秘（FC）属于一类功能性肠病,表现为持续困难的、不频繁的或不完全的排便感,钡剂或肠镜检查未发现器质性病变。我国发生率10%~15%左右,60岁以上的老年人占发生人群的18%~23%,且随年龄的增长,便秘的发生率和程度也随之增加。便秘不仅降低人们的生活质量,而且还可以成为急性心力衰竭、心肌梗死、脑溢血等急性心脑血管疾病的诱发因素。西医对本病大多采取对症疗法,常用泻药,且有不良反应,而中医治疗本病方面优势明显。从该病的病因病机、辨证论治、针灸治疗、穴位敷贴、综合治疗等方面将近年来有关功能性便秘研究及文献进行综述,为今后科研临床提供参考。

Progress of Chinese Medicine Treatment on Functional Constipation

Functional constipation （FC） is a kind of functional bowel disorders ,which is manifested as continuously difficult,infrequent or incomplete defecating with no physical cause. It has an incidence of 10% - 15% in our country and 18% - 23% among the people over 60. The incidence and degree of FC increase as people aging. FC is not only reducing qualities of life but also has a inducement of acute cardiovascular such as acute heart failure, myocardial infarction and stroke. Western medicine treats FC with purgatives that have side effects. In contrast, Chinese medicine has an obvi- ous advantage in treating FC. This article reviewed the etiology of the disease pathogenesis, treatment and syndrome differ- entiation, acupuncture treatment and point application in recent years, providing reference for future research treatment.
