美托洛尔联合通心络胶囊对冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

目的：探讨美托洛尔联合通心络胶囊对冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法：冠心病心力衰竭患者190例按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组95例。两组均给予常规疗法,对照组给予美托洛尔,观察组在对照组基础上给予通心络胶囊,4周为1个疗程,共治疗6个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后每分钟排血量（CO）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左心室收缩末期内径（LVESD）、左心室射血分数（LVEF）及E峰/A峰比值（E/A）变化,并评价整体疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为95.8%（91/95）,对照组为84.2%（80/95）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.32,P〈0.05）。两组患者CO、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、E/A均较治疗前显著改善（t=4.31、4.92、4.11、4.62、6.34、5.78、5.56、5.92、6.13、6.90,P〈0.05）;两组比较,观察组上述指标改善显著优于对照组（t=4.13、4.90、4.10、4.01、4.45,P〈0.05）。对照组出现不良反应5例,观察组出现8例,两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.11,P〉0.05）。结论：美托洛尔联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭有协同作用,可有效改善心功能,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Metoprolol Combined with Tongxinluo Capsule on Heart Function of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

Objective ： To investigate the effect of metoprolol combined with Tongxinluo Capsule on heart function in pa- tients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods ： A total of 190 cases of patients with heart failure coronary and heart disease accord to admission sequence were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group with 95 cases. The two groups were given conventional therapy. The control group was given metoprolol and the observation group given Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of control group, 4 weeks for 1 treatment course and with a total of 6 courses. The minute output （ CO）, left ventricular end diastolic diameter （ LVEDD）, left ventricular end systolic diam- eter （LVESD）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and E peak/A peak ratio （E/A） of two groups were compared before and after treatment and we evaluated the overall curative effect change. Results ： The total effective rate of observa- tion group was 95.8% （91/95） and in the control group it was 84.2% （80/95）. The difference was statistically significant （X2 = 5.32,P 〈 0.05 ）. The CO, LVEDD, LVESD, LVEF, E/A of two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment （t = 4.31,4.92, 4.11,4.62, 6.34, 5.78, 5.56, 5.92, 6.13, 6.90, P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇ s index improvement was better than that in the control group （t =4.13, 4.90, 4.10, 4.01, 4.45, P 〈 0.05）. The control group had 5 cases with adverse reactions and the observation group occurred in 8 cases. The two groups had no statistically significant difference in adverse effects （ X2 = 1.11, P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Metoprolol combined with Tongxinluo Capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure and coronary heart disease has a synergistic effect and can effectively improve heart function with less adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
