保元汤合血府逐瘀汤加减干预冠心病PCI术后再狭窄临床疗效

目的：观察保元汤合血府逐瘀汤加减干预冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术（PCI）术后再狭窄临床疗效。方法：将77例冠心病PCI术后患者随机分为治疗组（40例）与对比组（37例）。两组均采用西医常规治疗，治疗组加用保元汤合血逐瘀汤加减，疗程3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效，心电图改善及冠脉造影变化。结果：治疗组临床疗效总有效率95％，对照组75．7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组心电图总疗效有效率82．5％，对照组59．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；冠脉造影治疗组2．5％，对照组16．2％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：保元汤合血府逐瘀汤加减能有效降低冠心病PCI术后再狭窄发生，改善患者的生活质量。

Clinical Efficacy of Baiyuan Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction to Prevent Restenosis after PCI In Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of Baiyuan Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction to prevent the restenosis after PCI in patients with coronary artery disease （CAD）. Methods：77 patients with CAD treated by PCI were randomly divided into two group：the control group which was treated with general treatment after PCl;and the trial group which was treated with general treatment and Baiyuan Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction after PCI for 3 months. And then the effect, the changes of the electrocardiograms and the coronary angiography were compared between the two groups. Results ： The total effective of the trial group was 95%, and that of the control group was 75.7%. There were statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. The total effective of the trial group for the electrocardiograms was 82.5% , and that of the control group was 59.5%. There were statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. The total effective of the trial group for the coronary angiography was 2.5% , and that of the control group was 16.2%. There were statistical differences （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Baiyuan Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can prevent the restenosis after PCI in patients with CAD and improve the life quality of the patients.
