经前方中挥发油的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:目的:分析经前方中的挥发油成分,并探讨其对治疗原发性痛经的作用。方法:采用水蒸气法提取挥发油,GC毛细管柱色谱法进行分析,气相色谱-质谱联用技术辅助人工检索鉴定其化学成分。结果:经前方挥发油中共检测出38个色谱峰,鉴定了35个化合物,占挥发油总量的98.5%,其中含量最高的为反式茴香脑(68.1%),其次为藁本内酯(12.1%)。结论:通过经前方挥发油GC-MS成分比较分析;提示藁本内酯和反式茴香脑可能是发挥作用的主要活性成分,为揭示经前方的效应物质基础提供依据。

Abstract:Objective : To study the components of essential oil of JF and investigate its role in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC capillary column chromatography. Its chemical compositions were identified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry auxiliary artificial retrieval. Results :38 constituents were gained and 35 constituents which accounted for 98.5% of the total essential oil were identified. The content of Anethol in the total constituents was the highest (68.1% ) and Ligustilide was the second (12.1%). Conclusion:The chemical components of essential oil of JF are comparatively analyzed by GC - MS for the first time and it indicates that Anethol and Ligustilide are possibly main active components which show active effects on primary dysmenorrhea. This provides a basis for revealing the effective substance of JF.
