益胃化裁方免煎颗粒抗胃黏膜损伤的作用机制研究

摘    要:目的:观察益胃化裁方免煎颗粒对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤模型成模的抑制作用,揭示益胃化裁方免煎颗粒对急性胃黏膜损伤的预防保护作用及其可能机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、益胃化裁方免煎颗粒组和替普瑞酮组,采用60%乙醇灌胃制备急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型,观察益胃化裁方免煎颗粒对急性大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型成模的影响,并测定血清和胃黏膜组织中SS、PGE2的含量。结果:益胃化裁方免煎颗粒组和替普瑞酮组均能明显改善黏膜出血、糜烂及炎症等损伤状况,并能分别显著提高血清和胃组织中SS、PGE2的含量,较模型组有显著性差异(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);且益胃化裁方免煎颗粒组对血清及胃组织中SS含量的提高优于替普瑞酮组(P〈0.05)。结论:益胃化裁方免煎颗粒对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤具有成模抑制作用,对急性胃黏膜损伤具有预防保护作用,其机理可能与促进SS、PGE2等胃黏膜保护因子的生长有关。

Abstract:Objective :To observe the inhibiting effect of Yiwei Huacai Free- Decocted Particles in acute gastric mucosa lesion of rats ,revealing the prevention of protection and the possible mechanism. Methods :SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Yiwei Huacai Free - becocted Particles group and teprenone group. Acute gastric mucosal lesion in rat model was prepared with 60% ethanol by gavage. Effects of gastric mucosa damage and the contents of SS and PGE2 in serum and gastric tissues were observed. Results : Compared to model group, both Yiwei Huacai Free - Decocted Particles group and Teprenone group could improve gastric mucosa damage of bleeding, erosion and inflammation and signifi- cantly improve the contents of SS and PGE2 in serum and gastric tissues respectively, showing significant difference (P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈0.05). And Yiwei Huacai Free -Decocted Particles group can improve the contents of SS better than Teprenone group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Yiwei I-/uacai Free -Decocted Particles can inhibit the acute gastric mucosal lesion in rat model and can protect gastric mucosa and its mechanism may be related to the influence on levels of SS and PGE2.
