不同参龄的石柱林下山参外观形态及7种主要人参皂苷的含量测定

目的：建立不同参龄石柱林下山参外观形态与人参皂苷含量之间的相关性。方法：采用高效液相色谱法分析人参样品,采用外标法测定人参样品中的各成分含量,采用SPSS软件分析石柱林下山参外观形态与人参皂苷含量的相关性。结果：不同参龄石柱林下山参中大部分成分的含量呈现出先升高,随后保持稳定,最后略有降低的累积趋势。石柱林下山参的总重量、总长度以及芦头重百分比与生长年限呈正相关,而须根重百分比与生长年限呈负相关。人参皂苷的含量与芦长/主根长百分比呈正相关。结论：芦长与人参皂苷含量存在相关性为通过芦长对人参分等的传统分等方法提供科学依据。

Determination of Appearances and Seven Major Ginsenosides in Shizhu Linxia Shanshen with Different Ages

Objective ： To find the correlation between appearance and content of ginsenoside of Shizhu Linxia Shanshen （SZLXSS）. Method：HPLC method was used to analyze these ginseng samples. External standard method was applied to determine the contents. Result ： The accumulation of most components in SZLXSS exhibited a trend of first increasing and then stabilizing before finally declining. The total weight, total length and weight percentage of the rhizome were positive- ly correlated to the growing years but weight percentage of the fibrous root showed negative correlation. The content of gin- senosides was positively correlated to the ratio of length of the rhizome and the main root. Conclusion ： The classification of ginseng sample from appearance, exactly from the length of rhizome, was rationalized by the correlation analysis to the con- tent of ginsenosides.
