克淋通胶囊治疗泌尿系感染的疗效观察

目的：通过对克淋通胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻证型轻中度泌尿系感染的临床研究,观察苗药克淋通胶囊治疗本病的临床有效性和安全性。方法：选取符合入选标准的湿热瘀阻证型轻中度患者210例,所有患者服药前进行中医证候评分、血尿常规检查。随即分成两组,分别口服克淋通胶囊或热淋清颗粒治疗,治疗2周后返院复诊,复查治疗前的各项指标,并对观测指标进行疗前后的对照统计,以评价疗效。结果：共入组210例,共完成198例病例的观察,其中试验组150例,对照组48例。综合疗效分析：试验组与对照组的痊愈率分别为26.7%和16.7%,总有效率分别为64.0%和54.2%,两组总有效率比较,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。中医证候总积分疗效分析：两组治疗前后中医证候总积分显著减少。中医证候疗效：痊愈率,试验组为38.6%,对照组为33.3%,有效率试验组为88.9%,对照组为72.9%,组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：苗药头花蓼和黄柏的复方制剂热克淋通胶囊能明显提高湿热瘀阻证型轻中度患者的综合疗效和改善临床症状,降低中医证候评分,体现了复方的治疗优势,克淋通胶囊可应用于治疗湿热瘀阻证型的轻中度泌尿系感染患者。

Clinical Observation of Kelintong Capsule in the Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection

Objective： To observe the safety and effectiveness of the Kelintong Capsule, a Miao medicine, on acute prostatitis, by organizing a clinical research of the medicine. Methods ： Select 210 cases of acute prostatitis patients met the inclusion criteria from the clinic. All patients were evaluated by the TCM syndromes score and urine routine examination. Then treated with the Kelintong capsules or Relinqing granules, treatment referral back to the hospital after two weeks, review the pre - treatment of the indicators, and the indicators compared the curative effect before and after the treatment of the control statistics to evaluate efficacy. Results：210 cases enrolled, 198 cases completed the research , 150 cases in which the experimental group and control group 48 cases. Comprehensive efficacy analysis ： the experimental group and the control group cure rates were 26.7% and 16.7 % ,total effective rate was 64.0% and 54.2% ,compared the total effec- tive rate between the two groups, there was significant difference between the groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total TCM syndrome score efficacy analysis：The total score of TCM decreased significant, compared with before treatment. TCM syndromes： cure rate was 38.6% in the experimental group ,the control group was 33.3% ,with 88.9% efficiency test group , the control group was 72.9% ,differences between groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： The Miao medicine Kelingtong Capsule can significantly improve the heat stasis type of clinical symptoms of acute urinary tract infection, reducing TCM score, Kelintong Capsule can be used in heat treatment of mild to moderate urinary tract infection.
