对中医血瘀证在胃癌前病变中的认识

不少研究显示：萎缩性胃炎、肠上皮化生及异型增生等胃黏膜癌前病变与胃癌发生具有明显的相关性，在胃癌的发生发展过程中具有重要作用。系统研究胃黏膜癌前病变在胃癌发生过程中的作用，对早期诊断胃癌具有重要意义。目前西医治疗CAG多局限于针对幽门螺旋杆菌感染和消化不良等对症治疗，而中医药治疗本病时，具有辨证论治、灵活加减、不良反应小等特点，尤其是活血化瘀法的应用，使近年来中医药对本病的治疗显示出独特优势，取得较好的近期疗效，并使胃癌前病变有不同程度的逆转。就目前对中医血瘀证在胃癌前病变中的认识作一综述。

Cognition of TCM Blood -Stasis Syndrome on Gastric Precancerous Lesions

Increasing evidences have indicated that precancerous lesions of gastric mucosa,like chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） ,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia, is obviously related to the occurrence of gastric cancer,and plays an important role in the pathogenetic process of that. Systematic researches on this very process will be of great significance in early diagnosis of gastric cancer. Nowadays,clinical medicine treatment of CAG is mainly confined to helicobacter pylori eradication and some symptomatic treatments on indigestion. While traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treatment has advantages of syndrome differentiation, flexibility to modify, few side effects and so on. The application of promoting blood circulation and removing bloodstasis therapy, especially ,shows unique advantages of TCM treatment ,preferable shortterm curative effects and varying degrees of reversion on precancerous lesions in recent years. This article reviewed the cognition of TCM blood - stasis syndrome on gastric precancerous lesions.
