老年性痴呆的中医药诊断和治疗研究进展

老年性痴呆亦称阿尔茨海默病,是中枢神经系统一种常见的进行性神经退行性疾病。检索近10年来中医药对老年性痴呆的诊断及治疗方法,总结出中医药在防治老年性痴呆症也积累了相当多的临床宝贵经验。但就目前我国中医药对老年性痴呆在疾病诊断、按疾病病程分期进行证候诊断、用药后临床疗效评价等几方面还需要不断趋于完善。在今后的医学研究中,应不断归纳与总结,促使中医药治疗老年性痴呆的研究深入化和科学化,提高中医药治疗老年性痴呆的临床疗效。

Traditional Chinese Medicine in Diagnosis and Treatment of Senile Dementia

Alzheimer＇s disease is a common central nervous system progressive neurodegenerative disease. Searching traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in the diagnosis and treatment of senile dementia in nearly a decade,it has summed up the TCM in prevention and treatment of senile dementia and also has accumulated a amount of clinical experience. But, the TCM for senile dementia also need to perfect constantly in the diagnosis, progression, clinical curative effect eval- uation after medication and so on. We should continuously induce and summarize to improve the clinical efficacy of TCM for senile dementia in the future.
