多囊卵巢综合征48例临床研究

目的探讨达英-35、减重、二甲双胍、文迪雅对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)临床症状及内分泌指标的改善作用。方法将48例受试者随机分为四组,A组(达英-35组)10例,B组(减重组)12例,C组(二甲双胍组)15例,D组(文迪雅组)11例,治疗3个月后,观察临床症状及内分泌指标的改善情况。结果4种治疗方法在改善临床症状方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),二甲双胍及文迪雅治疗后T水平下降明显(P<0.05),达英-35治疗后空腹真胰岛素水平下降明显(P<0.05)。结论达英-35、减重、二甲双胍、文迪雅治疗PCOS均有效,可因人而异选择治疗方法。

Clinical analysis of 48 cases polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To compare the effects of weight control,Diane-35(cyproterone acetate),metformin,and rosiglitazone on women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Forty-eight women with PCOS were randomly divided into four groups and were treated with weight loss,Diane-35,metformin or rosiglitazone respectively for three months.Body mass index(BMI),the situation of menstruation cycle,the degree of acne,Ferriman-Gallwey score,as well as gonadotrophin(FSH,LH),testosterone(T),fasting insulin were measured in all patients before and after treatment.The results were compared between the different groups.Results After three months of treatment,all clinic symptoms like acne,hirsutism,cyclic menses,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were improved in all groups,but there was no significantly differences of FSH,LH,LH/FSH before and after the treatment in four groups.The testosterone level was decreased significantly in metformin and rosiglitazone group after treatment,while in the Diane-35 group the serum fasting insulin level was reduced significantly.Conclusions Weight control,Diane-35,metformin and rosiglitazone are all effective on patients with PCOS,but there is no significant differences in four groups.Individual consideration should be taken when facing PCOS patients.
