经皮穴位电刺激“足三里”对运动性疲劳胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃黏膜6-酮-前列腺素_(1α)、血栓素B_2的影响

摘    要:目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)"足三里"穴对运动性疲劳致胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃黏膜的保护作用,探讨TEAS"足三里"穴的胃黏膜保护作用机制。方法:大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、TEAS组,每组8只。采用跑台运动法建立运动性疲劳致胃黏膜损伤模型。采用TEAS"足三里"穴干预(连续波、频率2Hz、强度5mA)治疗30min,每日1次,共15d。评价水平运动分数、垂直运动分数、力竭运动时间、胃黏膜损伤指数,放射免疫分析法检测胃黏膜6-酮-前列腺素1α(6-keto-PGF1α)、血栓素B2(TXB2)含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠水平运动分数、垂直运动分数、力竭运动时间均明显减少(P<0.01),胃黏膜损伤指数增加(P<0.01),同时胃黏膜6-keto-PGF1α、TXB2含量明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,TEAS组水平运动分数、垂直运动分数、力竭运动时间均增加(P<0.05),胃黏膜损伤指数降低(P<0.05),胃黏膜6-keto-PGF1α、TXB2含量升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:经皮穴位电刺激"足三里"穴对运动性疲劳致胃黏膜损伤有一定的保护作用,可能与改善胃黏膜6-keto-PGF1α、TXB2有关。

Effects of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation of "Zusanli" (ST 36) on Gastric Mucosal Injury in Exercise Stress-induced Gastric Ulcer Rats
Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS) of "Zusanli"(ST 36) on gastric mucosal injury in rats with exercise stress-induced gastric ulcer.Methods Twenty-four SD rats were randomly and equally divided into normal control,model and TEAS groups.Gastric ulcer model was established by forcing the rat to run on a treadmill(15 m/min) till exhaustion,once daily continuously for 15 days.TEAS was applied to bilateral "Zusanli"(ST 36) for 30 min,once daily for 15 days.Behavior changes(crossing and rearing scores) were assessed using open-field test.The ulcer index(UI) of the gastric mucosa was measured by giving the mottling bleeding,streak-like hemorrhage and lesion width with scores according to Guth's method.Contents of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-keto-PGF1α) and thromboxane B 2(TXB2) of gastric mucosal tissue were measured using radioimmunoassay.Results Compared with the normal group,the levels of crossing and rearing levels in open-field tests,and the duration of forced treadmill running exhaustion,gastromocosal 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2 contents in the model group were obviously reduced(P<0.01),while the UI of model group was obviously increased(P<0.01).In comparison with the model group,the scores of crossing and rearing in open-field tests and the duration of forced treadmill running exhaustion and gastromocosal 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2 contents of TEAS group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the Ul of TEAS group was obviously decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion TEAS of "Zusanli"(ST 36) can protect gastric mucosa from injury in exercise stress-induced gastric ulcer rats.
