| 摘 要： | 与国外早期文献不同，近年来国外诸多文献指出：Ｋｉｍｕｒａ病与血管淋巴组织增生伴嗜酸性细胞增多（ＡＬＥＨ）实际为两种疾病，而不是同一种疾病。本文报道了３例典型Ｋｉｍｕｒａ病与３例ＡＬＥＨ病，结合文献复习，从病因学、流行病学、病理形态学及临床特点诸方面对两者进行了比较与鉴别。结论支持两者为两种不同病变的观点。

| Abstract: | According to the recent reports from foreign literatures,it is different from earlier foreign reports that Kimura's disease is distinct from angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia(ALHE).The clinicopathologic features of three patients with Kimura's disease and three patients with ALHE were studied and compared in order to clarify the confusion between these two entities.The conclusion supports that these two kinds of lesions are distinct from each other.By integrating the review of the related literatures,a comparison and differentiation between these two kinds of distinctive disease were made based on their etiology,epidemiology, pathology and clinical features. |
