食管腺癌组织中p53、p16和PCNA的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨p53、p16和PCNA的表达在食管腺癌中的临床生物学意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学法,检测30例食管腺癌黏膜组织中p53、p16和PCNA的表达,20例正常人的食管组织作为正常对照. 结果:p53在食管腺癌黏膜组织中的阳性表达率为56.7%,较正常对照组(10.0%)明显增高;p16在食管腺癌黏膜组织中的阳性表达率为36.7%,较正常对照组(5 0.0%) 降低;PCNA在食管腺癌黏膜组织较正常食管表达强度和阳性表达率明显增强,统计学处理均有明显差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),表达强度在食管腺癌组以(++)~ (+++) 多见,而正常对照组则多为(-)~(+).食管腺癌患者三项基因的表达至少有一项呈现为阳性.结论:p53、p16和PCNA在食管腺癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,其蛋白表达对估价食管腺癌具有重要意义.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression of p5 3,p16 and PCNA and the clinicobiological behavior of human esophageal adenocarcinoma. Methods:The products of the genes of p5 3,p16 and PCNA were detected using im munohistochemistry in 30 cases of esophageal adenocarcinom as,and 2 0 cases were detected as norm al control group. Results:It was showed that the positive rate and staining intensity of the p5 3,p16 and PCNA gene expressions in esophageal adenocarcinom a were higher than those in norm al esophageal tissues (P<0 .0 5 ) . p5 3and p16 gene expression was 5 6 .7% and 36 . 7% respectively in esophageal adenocarcinoma. While an evaluation of proliferation with expression of PCNA gene,the positive rate was 83. 3% with esophageal adenocarcinomas. Adenocarcinom a tissue were stained with positive reaction for at least one- marker. Conclusion:p5 3,p16 and PCNA,as the useful biom arker of tumor, play im portant roles in the formation and development of esophageal adenocarcinom a. [
