卡托普利对高血压病、冠心病胰岛素抵抗的影响

目的探讨卡托普利对高血压和冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法将 98例患者随机分为治疗组 6 8例、对照组 30例。治疗组口服卡托普利 ,对照组口服硝苯地平。观察治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后 2小时血糖、空腹胰岛素、餐后 2小时胰岛素及胰岛素敏感性指数的变化。结果两组治疗前后空腹血糖无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组治疗后餐后 2小时血糖、空腹胰岛素、餐后 2小时胰岛素和胰岛素敏感性指数较治疗前均有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。对照组治疗前后各项指标无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论卡托普利能显著降低高血压、冠心病患者的餐后 2小时血糖、提高血胰岛素敏感性指标 ,从而改善胰岛素抵抗

Effects of Captopril on insulin resistance in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the effects of captopril on insulin resistance in patients with hypertension and coronary heart diseases(CHD).Methods 98 patients with hypertension and CHD were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The treatment group (n=68) were treated with captopril and control group with nifedipine. The changes of blood sugar on fasting and 2 hours after meal, as well as fasting and 2h postmeal insulin and insulin sensitive index before and after treatment.Results Fasting blood sugar in both groups was not significantly different (P>0.05) before and after treatment. 2h postmeal blood sugar, fasting and 2h postmeal insulin, insulin sensitive index in the treatment group were significantly different before and after treatment (P<0.05) ,while the indexes were not different in the control group (P>0.05) .Conclusion Captopril can dramatically decrease 2h postmeal blood sugar of patients with hypertension and CHD and increase insulin sensitive index ,so as to improve insulin resistance.
