中西医结合治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降疗效观察

目的:观察分析中西医结合治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降的临床效果,探索治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降的最佳方法。方法:选取本院收治的妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降患者32例,平均分为两组,分别为对照组与观察组,对照组给予鲨肝醇50mg/次,利血生20mg/次,茜草双酯0.2g/次,3次/d,观察组在对照组的基础上增服八珍汤;观察两组总有效率。结果:观察总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为81.25%,两组总有效率差异具有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:中西药结合治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降有显著疗效,值得临床推广使用。

Effective observation on treating decrease of leucocyte amount in gynecological malignant tumor in the ingtegrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional and modem medicine in treating decrease of leucocyte amount in gynecological malignant tumor. Methods： 32 patients with decrease of leucocyte amount in gynecological malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given batyl alcohol 50rag, leucogen 20mg and rubidate 0.2g at a time, 3 times a day, while the treated group was given Bazhen decoction more. The total effective rate was investigated. Results：The total effective rates of the treated group and the control group were 93.75% and 81.25%, respectively, with a significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrated traditional and modem medicine was effective in treating decrease of leucocyte amount in gynecological malignant tumor, worth a wide clinical application.
