| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨采用结节切除加不规则切除术式代替常规甲状腺大部切除式治疗结节性甲状腺肿的效果。方法 对87例结节性甲状腺肿采用结节切除加不规则术进行治疗。87例术后复发1例，治愈率99%。无并发症发生。结论 该手术方法是简便易行、安全、有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect on treating nodular goiter by irregular thyroidectomy instead of routine subtotal thyroidectomy. Methods A tatol of 87 cases of nodular goite were treated by irregular thyroidectomy plus tubercle resection. Results All cases cured after operation, There is no complication, only one case recured. Conclusion This operative mode is simpleness, efficacy and safety for treating nodular goiter. |
