中指背侧岛状皮瓣的应用解剖学

对３０只成人尸体手的显微解剖，发现中指背侧岛状皮瓣的营养血管为第２掌背动脉（ＳＤＭＡ），它是一条起自桡动脉腕背支的动脉，属于线型血管；每条动脉均有两条伴行静脉。皮瓣切取范围远端可达中指基节背侧中远１／３交界处，指两侧可达侧中线。该皮瓣的神经为桡神经浅支。

The results showed that the mutritive vessel of the dorsal island of the middle finger is a second dorsasl metacarpal artery, It is an artery of the dorsal carpal branch of the radial artery. It is a main vessel.Eeach of them have two accompanying veins. It supplies blood to the one third Juction between inter mediate part and distal part of the middle finger coxa and to 2.5cm outside axis on every side. A surperficial branch of radial nerve accompenies the artery roughly. This research supplies the base of the applied anatomy for clinic to form the dorsal island flap of the middle finger, It also supplies a new way to reconstruct and repair the function of human hands.
